Business need:
Hillwood was looking for a new and innovative way to communicate with their homeowners and provide them with a simple, effective tool to access essential and be informed of home maintenance information. Premier Communities Management required an online solution to communicate with homeowners and also provide on-line solutions to visitor management, package delivery tracking, valet parking and other luxury features that sets The House apart from other luxury high rise condominiums in the Downtown Dallas area.

Premier Communities Management is able to communicate directly with homeowners through dwellingLIVE’s software and to meet the unique demands of luxury high-rise condominium living. PatrolLIVE provides management with an effective way of monitoring and supervising their staff as they patrol the building; tracking all checkpoints with picture, text, GPS, voice, and RFID technology. The Visitor Management software provides homeowners and management with an effective way of tracking all guests, and providing name badges, which highlight guest restrictions.
