The system will also feature dwellingLIVE’s proactive maintenance calendars with automated maintenance alerts, archived documents, insurance information. Each home will be fitted with a state-of-the-art keyless entry system.
“Our team is very excited about the opportunity to support Homeaid Orange County, it is a great charity and we hope that our support and commitment to this project will help to drive the pre-sales efforts through our website previews as well as adding buyer appeal on auction night,” said Jeff Moran, president of dwellingLIVE®. “Our system is the only one of its kind in the industry and will add an interactive fun-ctionality that is sure to be a huge hit for any new homeowner – regardless of age,” he added.
The Charitable Arm of the Building Industry Association, HomeAid Orange County acts as the shelter developer and liaison between county homeless care providers, the community at large, volunteers, residential builders and their partners. Since its inception in 1989, HomeAid has completed 40 shelters ranging from small renovations to multi-million dollar projects located throughout Orange County.
Pre-home sales of the Playhouse will be available online through dwellingLIVE’s website where a floorplan and rendering of the home, as well as the home items included will be available for viewing. The community side of the system, usually managed by the builder and later the HOA, will initially list the builder and subcontractors who donated both their product and time to this great cause, it will then be managed by Homeaid to continue to publish the charity’s updates and announcements
